I have been a contact lens wearer since I was fourteen. But of course, you can't wear your contacts all the time. It's shocking to me how many people have little, if any, insurance that covers the cost of eyeglasses, contacts, eye exams, etc. I am forced to pay for the majority of this out of pocket. Because of that, I actually haven't had a new pair of glasses since I was sixteen. (BAD MOMMY!)
